Mr. Jørgen Møller was born in 1930 and he has throughout his life worked and lived as an architect and industrial designer.
Mr. Møller has an idiom of functionality and form simplicity. The idiom was founded during the ‘60s through collaboration with the world famous architect
Mr. Arne Jacobsen, and the idiom comprises Mr. Møller’s consistentrequirements for functionality and form simplicity.“For me a form and function is
the most important thing and I therefore make a pride in simplicity, art” – Jørgen Møller.
The starting point for all Mr. Møller’s creations is the perception that every single item, which we use during the day, should have a shape which
will not only meet functional requirements, but also satisfy our aesthetic sense.
Mr. Møller is a designer for life as he never stops designing: “I draw incessantly and I am dealing with many things. When given the question
'which creation is your best?' I always reply 'the next'”.
