Designed by Norman Cherner in 1958, the Cherner sidechair utilised the new technology of the time - molded plywood. Like many other products in the Cherner chair range, the lounge chair combines this technology with a laminated wood base and is also available in several finishes and with the optional addition of an upholstered seat.
