Returns Policy
We endeavour to ensure that all items are accurately described and photographed and are happy to provide further information as requested. It is our priority to ensure that all customers can purchase from Karakter with confidence. If any item is purchased and does not match our description, details or photographs, we will accept its return within 2 days of receipt and will arrange a refund of the purchase price.

Shipping Information
We provide complimentary delivery of our pieces to all locations within Central Auckland. For shipping to locations outside of Auckland (both Nationwide and Worldwide), we're happy to provide a quotation for delivery, using our preferred carriers.
